Making a real contrubution
"I like to see that my work makes a real contribution in the quality area and I aim to ensure that customers perceive us as “one Group” that always puts them first. When I no longer work at the company, I would like to be able to say: “This is what I have achieved together with my colleagues. We made a difference and the dream I had came true!"
"Working at the ROCKWOOL Group allows you to think out of the box. We always look for alternatives and ask ourselves: “Why are we doing things the way we are? Could we do it better?” In this process, I strive to keep things simple, using best practices and discarding anything that adds no value."
Create an enthusiastic team spirit
"In the ROCKWOOL Group, you are encouraged to communicate your goals and let others know where you would like to go, helping to create an enthusiastic team spirit and make things happen. I take responsibility and have the freedom to make decisions. Here you are allowed to learn from your mistakes and there is room for constructive feedback. In short it is an inspiring, open environment with dedicated colleagues who all strive to achieve a common goal."

Our products are diverse and all contribute to shaping a circular economy, enhancing resource efficiency, and nurturing the safety, health and wellbeing of people. Our insulation products fit all types of buildings and can be applied to roofs, lofts, walls, floors, foundations and HVAC systems. Our insulation solutions improve thermal and acoustic comfort while also improving a building’s fire resilience. ROCKWOOL insulation is fire resilient which means that in the event of a fire, your insulation will contribute to containing a fire rather than feeding it.
