Growing with ROCKWOOL
"I have a great deal of influence over my job. I enjoy working with fantastic colleagues who, like me, are passionate about what they do. I appreciate that I have the opportunity to grow - both professionally and personally."
"Before formally joining the ROCKWOOL Group I got to know the company from the inside, as I worked on my masters degree thesis here. This presented a great opportunity for me to find out if it would be the right workplace for me. And indeed it is."
"My most important task as Operation Specialist is the implementation of Lean processes in the European Division through which we aim to create a culture of change. I facilitate workshops to make people feel confident about the tools, enabling them to work with Lean methods in the long term. Within our Lean team, I have the responsibility for the roll-out at our Dutch factory."
"I find it stimulating to change things for the better. Being challenged motivates me. I feel empowered to make decisions and to handle tough situations – all the while I know that the minute I ask for advice or assistance, I will get it. As the ROCKWOOL Group is quite big, I see many different and exciting careers paths ahead of me; this matters to me too."
Operations Specialist Helene Juhl has worked at ROCKWOOL Group Production since 2011. Her core tasks are to facilitate workshops about Lean processes and to roll-out changes in the production facilities in the Netherlands.
Our products are diverse and all contribute to shaping a circular economy, enhancing resource efficiency, and nurturing the safety, health and wellbeing of people. Our insulation products fit all types of buildings and can be applied to roofs, lofts, walls, floors, foundations and HVAC systems. Our insulation solutions improve thermal and acoustic comfort while also improving a building’s fire resilience. ROCKWOOL insulation is fire resilient which means that in the event of a fire, your insulation will contribute to containing a fire rather than feeding it.
