When you apply for a job at the ROCKWOOL Group, you can be sure that your application will be treated confidentially and impartially.

During the recruitment and selection processes we use a combination of assessment tools and personal interviews to make sure you’ll be the perfect match for the position you’re applying for. We will never charge any fee for application-, processing- or training at any stage of the recruitment process.

Start and consideration

The recruitment process starts when you’ve applied online and received a confirmation message. 

Based on your application, we will thoroughly assess whether your skills and expertise match what the position demands. We strive to get back to you shortly after you’ve applied. It is, however, very important for us to review all applications carefully, so please bear with us if it takes longer to respond.

Interviews

Your interviews will focus on your personality, skills and capabilities and are an opportunity to demonstrate your approach to work, your achievements so far and present yourself as a person. The interviews are also an important opportunity for you to learn more about the position and the company. The interviews will also focus on your ambitions and your expectations of us as a work place.

We will also focus on the specific skills and qualities required for the position. In some cases we will present a small assignment during the interviews.

Assessment

In the selection process we may use online assessment tools to try to form an objective picture of your logical capabilities and personal characteristics, supported by your feedback in real-life examples.

Reference check

We may ask your references shortly after you’ve applied to answer questions about your previous work performance, your skills and behaviour at work (might not be applicable for all countries).

Selection decision and offer

We will identify the most qualified candidate for the position and make the final hiring decision. This candidate  receives an employment offer and we will clarify or answer any final remaining questions.
