This is the role:
Reporting to the Project Director, you will be responsible for being a personal assistant for the Project Director which will include administrative support for the Project Management Team. You will also be responsible for the co-ordination and preparation of meetings, which includes recording and maintaining minutes of meetings, correspondence and filing of documents. This position is based at the Factory in Jefferson County, West Virginia.
