ROCKPANEL are seeking an Area Sales Manager to join their team. This vacancy is full rime and permanent, and offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

This is the role:

• Responsible for the realisation of the sales-growth objectives of the team and individual sales area, within the agreed strategy.
• Setting up and realisation of yearly planning for the realization of defined goals and create new ideas to ensure objectives.
• Contribute to the sales development of the company through activities that are in line with the company’s objectives as set by the Management Team and Business Director.
• The results criteria are defined in the annual business goals in PM Customer relationship
• Developing, maintaining and extending meaningful commercial relationships with customers, façade builders, contractors, architects, housing associations, partner companies and distributors within the defined area.
• Loyalty of relevant stakeholders and the level of repeat projects or specifications Market analysis
• Evaluate the market and support and update the Business Manager/Business Director to be able to predict the market.
• Communicate on activities within the sales area on regularly base through reports.
• Keep the organisation informed about research projects and signalise market trends
• Quality and relevance of delivered information and reports Project data
• Maintain the area content of the Rock Connect database on a daily basis ensuring all contact and project data is recorded
• Submit regular expenses and other reports in line with the requirements defined by the Management Team and Business Director.
• Degree to which the Rock Connect database is up to date Policies
• Submit regular expenses and other reports in line with the requirements defined by the Management Team and Business Director.
• Complying all policies on Business Ethics, discount, the ROCKWOOL Way and all other relevant criteria

This is what you offer:

• A higher Vocational level degree, preferable with a background in the building industry
• Totally fluent in the native language and good command of another language is preferable
• Good knowledge of Rockpanel’s mission, organization, strategy, products, documentation and usp’s.
• Commercial affinity and a proven ability to transmit confidence to the customers and to communicate at all levels, in order to gain sales orders
• Good analytical skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Knowledge of the building industry
