As part of the Nordic Marketing and communication department the Digital & Online team drives digital projects and marketing activities to improve and optimize customer experience across the business in the Nordic markets.

This is the role

As a Nordic Digital Manager we’re looking for someone to improve digital marketing performance and online presence. The tasks will include but are not limited to:

  • Planning and execution of digital marketing activities regarding campaigns, product launches, events, etc. in collaboration with different stakeholders across the business
  • Planning local as well as Nordic digital marketing concepts
  • Create and execute on marketing automation initiatives to personalise the digital customer experience and generate leads
  • Maintenance of web platform and digital assets across the Nordic markets
  • Managing digital projects in digitalization of the business
  • Sharing expertise and be an active part in continuous improving the team

This is what you offer

We are looking for a digital hero with:

  • Min. 5 years of experience from digital roles in either digital agency or multinational companies
  • A master's degree in business or IT with a commercial hunger
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
  • Ability to turn costumer insights into costumer experience initiatives
  • Proven experience in creating digital content and concepts
  • Experience with CMS systems (EPIserver is preferred, but not required)
  • Ambitious, energetic and pro-active attitude
  • Good English skills - written and verbal
  • International oriented with cultural understanding and sees travel as an exciting part of the job 

The position reports to the Head of Digital & Online of ROCKWOOL Nordics. The geographical area of ​​responsibility means that you should expect some traveling within the Nordic countries every other month.
