ROCKWOOL Global Business Services (RGBS) in Poznań is a multifunctional competence centre of the ROCKWOOL Group (with the headquarters in Denmark), which provides wide scope of services including IT (DIGITAL), financial, engineering, and HR services for group entities.
Our IT Department offers a lot of development opportunities in projects connected with different modules of SAP, Web Development, MS Dynamics, IT asset management, IT service desk, Agile project management, Office 365 and others.

The Digital Finance department within the Applications & Web Development competence centre in DIGITAL is looking for a suitable candidate to join our team. The candidate will be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering high quality projects and solutions, as well as providing day to day support, to the ROCKWOOL Group. 

This is the role:

  • Translating business needs into clear requirements that will enable the design of flexible solutions to enable business strategies
  • Provide insight and support to business activities to solve daily business problems by using existing tools and systems.
  • Help deliver savings and benefits to the Group by looking for improvements to business processes that can be realized
  • Proactively identify functional enhancements to add value to business by analyzing business processes and systems, identifying inefficiencies and documenting business processes and procedures
  • Analyze business requirements through fit/gap analysis and coordinate / prioritize solution gaps with business process owners and secure change management
  • Promote and maintain a flexible, cooperative, team oriented, customer focused attitude within and between departments.
  • Ensure that daily operational support of Digital services meet service level agreements (SLAs) with the OPCOs.
  • Stay abreast of current developments in area of expertise

This is what you offer:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT or relevant business areas
  • At least 3 years’ experience in the FI/CO modules in SAP, preferably in a global system involving multiple countries
  • Must have strong functional and technical hands on configuration experience in FI/CO
  • Experience with at least 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations is highly desirable
  • Experience with Concur, Basware/Alusta and TIS is highly desirable
  • Proven experience in translating business requirements into SAP solutions / in working with the business in understanding and delivering business process improvements
  • Ability to manage expectations and prioritise work based on business criticality and impact
  • Ability to consistently meet agreed SLA while maintaining a high quality of work
  • Ability to create and maintain technical and process documentation
