POSITION: CRM Manager/ Microsoft Dynamics

The ROCKWOOL Group’s main business area is building insulation, providing thermal comfort along with fire safety and acoustical comfort for all types of buildings.

This is the Role:

The CRM Manager/ Microsoft Dynamics reports directly to the Digital Marketing Manager and is based out of the Head Office in Milton, ON. The Manager, Marketing Lead Management will be responsible for retention campaigns, from conceptualization through to analysis. This includes idea generation, proposal preparation, overseeing the production process and overseeing execution. This person will also take the lead on the Microsoft Dynamics system and be the go to point of contact and trainer of the system. You will solve customer requests, proactively offering ideas and insights to improve customer’s issues and challenges. You will make sure issue are followed up on to make sure complete satisfaction and max utilization of products sold to customer. You will also work with customer service, marketing, sales, operations to maintain a customer focused attitude and a focus on activities that create lifetime customers.

Key Results Areas:

  • Microsoft Dynamic system experience is necessity for this role
  • customer journey mapping – analysis of touch points in the customer life cycle
  • overseeing direct communication with customers through CRM
  • CRM testing strategies to make sure effective approach for company
  • customer segmentation, client retention, loyalty, promo campaigns
  • lead generation
  • lead qualification
  • nurturing
  • lead conversion to sales – reporting on lead status

This is what you offer:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working in sales, marketing or product management.
  • Data analytics
  • System integrations
  • Marketing technology – CRM management – Microsoft Dynamics
  • Marketing Automation knowledge - Marketo
  • Sales and relationships
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting and forecasting.
  • Direct and digital marketing experience
  • Background in customer acquisition, re-engagement, retention strategies
