Responsable marketing digital et communication

Missions :

Le Responsable marketing digital et communication coordonne et met en œuvre le plan marketing et communication (interne et externe) de ROCKWOOL Core Solutions (RW-CS) conformément à notre stratégie et à nos objectifs.

Les principales missions sont les suivantes :

  • Etablir la stratégie marketing digital et communication pour l’ensemble des pays européens avec un plan d’action sur 6 à 18 mois ;
  • Définir les KPI pour mesurer la performance des actions mises en place et y apporter les mesures correctives si nécessaire ;
  • Participer à différent projet en collaboration avec les équipes de chefs de produit, le marketing régional et les ventes sur l’ensemble du périmètre géographique ;
  • Identifier et assurer la coordination des prestataires externes de communication (agences, photographes, imprimeurs…) en s’assurant que les produits répondent aux objectifs et aux attentes ;
  • Créer des contenus pertinents en fonction des canaux de communication utilisés et en assurer la mise à jour ;
  • Gérer la communication digitale adaptée aux différents canaux : emailing, site internet réseaux sociaux, youtube… ;
  • Créer le site internet de ROCKWOOL Core Solutions selon les guidelines du groupe
  • S’assurer de la veille numérique et s’approprier les innovations
  • Etre garant des budgets alloués pour chaque projet

Profil :

  • Diplômé(e) d’un Master spécialisé en communication ou en marketing, vous avez au moins cinq années d’expérience dans le marketing numérique en agence de communication ou en entreprise.
  • Avec un gout prononcé pour le digital, vous maitrisez idéalement Marketo, les médias sociaux, des systèmes CMS, Photoshop et Indesign.
  • Reconnu(e) pour vos qualités rédactionnelles, vous êtes capable à convertir du contenu technique et stratégique dans des messages forts et percutants pour les publics cibles sur tous les canaux.
  • Une expérience dans la gestion de projet et gestion budgétaire est souhaitée.
  • Vous appréciez le travail en équipe dans un contexte international et vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos compétences analytiques et votre capacité à communiquer efficacement.
  • Un anglais courant est impératif avec des compétences rédactionnelles élevées. La connaissance de l’Allemand est un plus.  

Digital Marketing and Communication Manager

The Digital Marketing & Communication Manager will plan, co-ordinate, execute and implement the ROCKWOOL Core Solutions (RW-CS) marketing and communication (internal & external) plan in line with our business strategy and goals.

She/he will primarily support actions connected to the areas of Branding and Marketing with a strong focus on digital channels and business development.

She/he will have to deconstruct business objectives into compelling stories that captivate audiences and motivate people to take action.

This is the role

  • Lead and coordinate the digital marketing approach
  • Lead and execute the development of cross channel marketing efforts to reach ROCKWOOL Core Solution’s strategic targets.
  • Creation of relevant content supporting different digital efforts and channels
  • Strengthen collaboration with product manager teams, regional marketing and sales to ensure deliverables meet goals, objectives and expectations.
  • Demonstrate strategic insight and establish and own a 6 – 18-month road map that defines the set of initiatives to achieve key performance indicators.
  • Manage multiple projects in simultaneous stages of evaluation, engaging and driving cross-functional teams and managing external agencies.
  • Plan digital campaigns that drive measurable business results (KPIs)
  • Leveraging new and innovative digital opportunities.
  • Identify and manage agency partner relationships and evaluation performance.
  • Set benchmarks for digital campaigns, drive the analysis of campaigns, formulate optimization plans (test and learn)
  • Relevant content creation across different channels and types of media
  • Work with internal and external partners to gain buy-in and drive initiatives through to execution.
  • Lead annual, quarterly and monthly digital campaign planning processes; gathering input from key business unit leaders to develop go-to market strategies
  • Help preparing material for Management presentations
  • Measuring KPIs and preparing periodic overviews

This is what you offer

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, Masters’ preferred.
  • 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, working cross-functionally. Marketing Agency or Corporate experience with focus on Social Medias and digital channels preferred.
  • High proficiency in use of Marketo, Social Media, CMS systems, Photoshop, Indesign.
  • Budget management experience
  • Quantitative and qualitative analytic skills.
  • Ability to articulate business relevant content into stories that capture the target audience across channels.
  • Presentation skills including the creation of well-thought-out presentation decks for delivery to C-suite executives.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to earn trust, work with, and influence others within a consensus driven organization
  • Attention to detail with the ability to execute projects from beginning to end through high-level organization skills and multi-tasking
  • Possesses great ability to identify potential negative or crisis situations and apply conflict resolution principles to mitigate issues.
  • The ability to travel as required (10%)
  • Self-driven, organized, proactive and service-minded
  • A can-do attitude and readiness to go the extra mile when needed, maintaining a positive attitude even under pressure
  • English fluent – high English writing skills
  • French or German is a plus
