Supply Chain & Quality Manager (m/f/d)

located in Gladbeck or Roermond.

Are you a versatile Supply Chain professional with a proven track record in business transformation? Are you able to articulate and implement future-proof, complex process changes in a matrix organization, while managing the day-to-day operations and increase Customer Satisfaction?

Then is ROCKWOOL CORE SOLUTIONS looking for you to strengthen the Supply Chain & Quality team, develop competitive and sustainable operations and position our Supply Chain organization as a true differentiator vs. our competitors.


  • Ensure optimal control and improvement of the end to end Supply Chain
  • Ensure cost-effective, increased customer satisfaction through a balanced scorecard
  • Lead / be a key contributor to Order-to-Cash pan-European efficiency improvement projects
  • Manage the New Product Introduction / Go To Market processes with the relevant stakeholders (sales, product Management, 4 factories) in a cost-effective way
  • Drive top and bottom line improvements
  • Manage investment request implementations with the various factories
  • Manage day-to-day business in a balanced way (customer centric and cost effective)
  • Network design optimisation
  • Manage product certification implementation
  • Resolve customers claims and complaints
  • Quality Assurance development and follow-up with factories
  • Quality control analysis and reporting
  • Drive quality optimisation initiatives


  • Preferably a Supply Chain / Master degree or a business Master degree with relevant Supply Chain work
  • Preferably 5 years of experience ideally in mineral wool process or OEM production /engineering or industrial process
  • Fluent in English and German language (speech and writing)
  • Autonomy, creativity, initiative and dynamic, analytic and synthetic mind and respect deadlines
  • Communication and persuasion skills, networking and multicultural awareness
  • Familiar with ERP and modern software
  • Willingness to travel in average up to 30% of your time
