The Procurement Executive will be responsible to drive competitive improvement in cost and services through various resourceful and strategic initiatives  covering products, materials, equipment, components and services without compromise SHE and quality


  • Vigorous strategic sourcing through multiple approaches locally or / and internationally

  • Proactively working with Stakeholders including but not limited to review, production trial, testing and acceptance
  • Tracking key commodities price, Forex and alike indexes movement or alike Vs purchase price
  • Working with Engineering / Project in technical review and vendors selection
  • Actively participate and contribute in technical review and assessment
  • To recommend standardize part and component to reduce Group spare-parts working capital and improve respond time
  • Execute transparent Bidding process / quotations bench marking with systematic & effective analysis and recommendation
  • Conduct research or / and communicate to group / industrial experts to explore opportunities
  • Conduct vendors audits, develop action plan and follow up closure
  • Help vendors to improve cost efficiency without any interest of conflict and approval from Supply Chain director
  • Manage procurement import / export activities  
  • Working with cross functional project
  • Follow up on supply complains with define responsibility and deadlines


  • Bachelor degree or higher
  • Good command  in English both written and oral
  • > 5 years’ experience in procurement ( Materials or Engineering / Project )
  • Knowledge of import / export procedures, import duty, custom clearance , tariff code and alike 
  • Resourceful , creative, dynamic  and ability to challenge status quo
  • Strong negotiation skills and result oriented with ability to manage own time and priorities
  • Strong analytical and clear data presentation skills
  • Proactive building relationship with stakeholders
  • Prepare to travel as necessary
  • Professional with high value in work ethic
