The Product Manager will be accountable for the management and financial growth of the allocated product portfolio within ROCKWOOL South-Asia region by developing and implementing regional product marketing strategies, managing product portfolio, leading new products development to ensure strong pipeline of new products, providing strategic segment direction and operational marketing support.

He/She is expected to develop and maintain a strong network with key stakeholders, internal and external and of the organisation, so as to be able to implement marketing strategies effectively while considering market and customer needs.​ He/She will represent the organisation as the segment representative for external engagements, seminars and training.

This is the Key Result Areas to achieve:

  • Implement and deliver a product portfolio cater for the allocated product portfolio that encompasses a series of products offerings that is relevant and competitive based on market and customer needs.
  • Develop product road map within the allocated product portfolio and deliver new products from the identified product gaps and market needs.
  • Develop and implement regional marketing strategies for the allocated product portfolio and ensuring strategies are aligned with Sales/ business strategies. 
  •  Analyse market trends and outlook of the allocated product portfolio based on market intelligence, macro and micro economic factors, regulatory environment, competitive landscape, etc.
  • Ensure a synchronized and good level of product knowledge and applications within the internal organisation across the region.
  • Accounts for the sales budget of allocated product portfolio and drive necessary plans/actions in order to achieve the sales budget.

What we are looking for:

  • Degree in Engineering / Marketing/ Business.
  • 5+ years experience in Marketing / Business in a relevant industry and strong market knowledge.
  • Willing to travel on a regular basis.
  • Written and spoken English Language to a high professional business level.
  • Broad range of thinking skills from vision and strategy definition to the attention to detail required for analyzing data.
  • Being able to generate convincing reports out of raw market intelligence data.
  • Understand important factory issues related to the product line.
  • Experience with project management – planning and organizing
