Effectively direct, operate and coordinate the business in order to achieve the national sales targets and to implement and assist in enforcing local strategies and budgets.
This is the role:
· Build/refresh the distribution net
· Encourage regular contacts and communication with the distributors, architects, investors, developers, designers, CC, GC, acousticians
· Demonstrate area and customer knowledge, territory management
· Quarterly development sessions with the SD - feedback about the achieved results and activities
· Set medium to long term targets for the country
· Prepare the Action Plan for each years
· Make market share analysis of the country for each year
· Establish and maintain regular feedback on competitor activity
· Develop promotional plan and review it with SD CEE and MKT coordinator quarterly
· Prepare the monthly estimate of business for next month
· Be the main Rockfon person for the distributor’s management – prepare the discount lists, volume rebates, price lists for each year.
