Do you have recent experience as a Business Relationship Manager or Key Account Manager in an international company? Rockwool is hiring a BRM who can build trusted relationships within the business and focus on the alignment of business strategy within the IT strategy and the development of services.

Key Responsibilities

Your position will be a split role where 95% of your time will be spent as BRM and 5% as Site Manager for all Local IT staff.

As a Business Relationship Manager, you are a strategic point of contact for senior management who has ownership of both business strategy and business value results. You will work in close collaboration with the business and Digital to ensure focus on customer needs and strategy to secure that IT investment is maximized with a focus on benefit realization. Your role is mainly based at our Rockwool plant in Roermond, but international travel is required (once a quarter).

Business Relationship Manager

  • Managing senior management level stakeholders within Group Advisory Boards and Operating Companies (OPCO’s);
  • Account planning across the customer base to drive focus and actions in Digital to increase customer satisfaction;
  • Communicate with stakeholders regarding the status of issues, strategic projects and future requirements related to IT projects;
  • Creation & maturing of business cases to aid in the prioritization and investment process;
  • Coordinate the cost of projects and services with the OPCO’s;
  • Aligning portfolio planning across all OPCO’s with Digital deliveries;
  • Undertaking stakeholder satisfaction surveys;
  • Direct, plan and deploy feedback mechanisms for internal IT customers;
  • Manage intake process for ideas and gate 0.

Site Manager

  • Interface to hosting OPCO / Management team;
  • Advisory to remote managers / Digital Management team;
  • Go-to person for local staff with regards to office / facilities;
  • Point of contact for hosting OPCO.

Your profile

As an individual, you have experience in stakeholder management and the ability to communicate about complex problems in a non-technical and simplified manner to raise awareness and understanding within Digital and throughout the Rockwool GROUP. You are well organized and able to work on own initiative. You know how to influence and engender collaboration.

  • Bachelor degree;
  • 3+ years work experience as a Key Account Manager or BRM in an international company;
  • Excellent communication skills in the English language.
