ROCKWOOL Global Business Services Center (RGBS) in Poznań is a multi functional competence center of the ROCKWOOL Group (with the headquarters in Denmark), which provides financial, accounting, DIGITAL (IT), HR and Group Technology services for Group entities. Job Scope

Work in the department Digital Marketing and Systems, which is part of Application and Web development, is responsible for all MS Dynamics CRM, SAP-CPQ and Marketo development & innovations within the entire Rockwool Group.

Key Result Areas

  • Achieve sprint goals based on sprint planning meeting
  • Meet the SLA targets for resolved service incidents and problems
  • Meet projects deadlines (when involved in projects)
  • Show customer focus in all areas at all time

Job Content

  • Creating test plans and test cases for testing CRM applications as well integrated solutions.
  • Performing manual functional tests.
  • Creating, maintaining and running automated functional tests.
  • Designing and executing performance, load and security tests.
  • Run pre-testing and documenting the process descriptions.
  • Documenting and tracking bugs in a defect management system.
  • Demonstrating (presenting) application functionality (for instance during Sprint Reviews).
  • Perform train seminars based on sprint throughput & testcases.
  • Ensure proper knowledge sharing within the team and in some cases with our global super users.
  • Run Devops in Devop (scrum) team.
  • Help the team achieve sprint goals.
  • Helping and support end-users with CRM issues.
  • Function as back-up for our other CRM – CPQ staff.
  • Contribute to maximizing our business benefits on a global level.

Professional Skills & Personal Behaviours (competencies)

Professional Skills - Essential:

  • Minimum 5 years manual testing of CRM web applications
  • Minimum 3 years experienced in automated testing
  • Preferable knowledgeable with Dynamics 365 v8.2 /9.1
  • Perform, build and automating functional testing
  • Ability to develop test automation documentation, procedures and guidelines.
  • Experience in quality practices and testing tools
  • Ability to understand the functionality of the application and its integrations
  • Ability to describe a bug, issue and the steps to reproduce the issue
  • Experience working throughout the software development life cycle
  • Strong in preparing and deliver accurate and detailed test plans and test cases
  • Strong analytical and problem solving and communication skills
  • Experience working with Agile Development Practices
  • Experienced in integrations of Dynamics CRM and other solutions like CPQ, SAP, Marketo
  • Experience working throughout the software development life cycle
  • Act as point of contact for internal customers
