This role will be on a one year contract - renewable depending on performance.

He/She will be reporting to the Regional Learning & Development Manager, Asia and to the HR Local Partner for all administration matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Training vendor management communication and coordination
  • Ensure essential documents and information are captured for PSMB/HRDF claims
  • Training operations coordination and preparation for pre-training, on the day and post-training for both Melaka and Bukit Raja plants
  • Training administration and logistics arrangement and preparation
  • Office administration support – stationary and printing, office supplies, office facilities and etc.
  • Any other related admin matters

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of working experiences in training coordination and admin
  • Fast learner and able to multi-task with good communication skills
  • Detailed oriented 
  • Able to start work within short notice
