The ROCKWOOL Group’s main business area is building insulation, providing thermal comfort along with fire safety and acoustical comfort for all types of buildings.

This is the Role:

The Project Engineer reports directly to the PMO Manager and is based out of the Factory in Milton, Ontario. It is the responsibility of the Project Engineer to manage implementation of assigned capital related to the Factory facility needs. This will include work with external vendors as well as Rockwool Group Technology and the existing and expanding operations team.

This is what you offer:

  • 8+ years of operational/technical service experience
  • Minimum of three (3) years in a project management role
  • Completed a technical university degree or University Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and trouble shooting skills
  • Demonstrated ability on accuracy and data integrity
  • Strong experience working with automated systems/conveyors.
  • Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Strong experience with MS Office products.
  • Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, Project
  • Excellent Leadership skills.
  • Experience and knowledge of sound employee relations.
