Market Coordinator

ROCKFON provides customers with a complete ceiling system, combining stone wool ceiling panels with suspension grid systems, accessories and metal ceilings. With our solutions, your voice can be clearly heard in any type of space or situation. We are seeking a Market Coordinator to join the team in Pencoed, Bridgend.

This is the role:

  • General support to SD and UK Management Team
  • Coordination and booking of all internal meetings (Sales/ CCM)
  • Coordination and booking of customer events
  • Travel arrangements
  • Support the sales team by preparing monthly sales reports
  • Administer sales team sub-contractor rebates
  • Prepare various summaries and reports on request by management
  • Extract relevant information from the internal reporting system
  • Send regular sales and rebate reports to customers on a monthly and adhoc basis
  • Discuss (internally and externally) reporting requests from customers
  • PIM data handling and proactive thinking towards improving this field of work
  • Help and assist the business controller with rebate processing and any adhoc reports
  • Coordinate new starter induction programmes (interface with GRIT/ HR)
  • Ordering of stationery

This is what you offer:

  • GCSE or A Level qualifications
  • Computer literate in use of spreadsheets, word processor and database (minimum intermediate level)
  • Mathematical skills to ensure correct reporting
  • Written and spoken English Language to a high professional business level
  • Ability to deal in a constructive and professional manner across the business with internal and external customers
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral
  • Plans and organises their own work effectively
  • Flexible and adaptable, responding to the needs of the role as and when situations arise
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks when working to strict deadlines
  • High attention to detail and thoroughness of approach
  • Pro-active can-do attitude
  • Gains an in-depth insight into other people and adjusts their behavioural style to achieve goals
