Rockpanel is part of the ROCKWOOL Group and is offering advanced stone wool based cladding material providing freedom in the design of facades as well as detailing and applications around the roof.

This is the role

As Inside Sales Employee you are responsible for identifying, qualifying and following up sales leads, owning the sales process for small-medium projects and facilitating high potential project leads for external sales. You will develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers, deliver commercial excellence, understand our market and protect the customer experience, aligned with ROCKWOOL values and behaviours.

  • Act as first point of contact for new sales enquiries into the business via phone and email communication
  • Qualify and prioritise all inbound sales leads via multiple channels inc. sample requests, website, phone & social media.
  • Provide first line product & specification support.
  • Work closely with external sales team to process leads through sales funnel.
  • Manage and follow up own sales opportunities in line with country strategy for Inside Sales.
  • Outbound calling and prospecting of target stakeholders to generate sales opportunities.
  • Booking CPD Seminar/”Lunch & Learn” sessions for external sales team.
  • Maintain CRM database and work with other business units to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Work with marketing team to follow up on country specific campaigns.

The role can be either based at our office in Roermond (The Netherlands) or Hedehusene (Denmark)

This is what you offer

  • Fluently in English. Strong written communication skills in the English language.
  • Telesales superstar.  You must be confident in both making and receiving a high volume of telephone calls each day.
  • Knowledge of the Construction or Building materials industry an advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
  • Experience with CRM systems – Microsoft Dynamics 365 an advantage.
  • MS-Office & Outlook experience.
