We are looking for 2 new Customer Service Advisors for  ROCKWOOL Technical Insulation

If your professional interest and experience is founded on CRM, ERP and customer relations and you are looking for an opportunity to be your very best, this job is your perfect match. You will join a worldwide market leader in technical insulation on our quest to provide safe and energy saving solutions to customers all over the world.

This is the role: customer centred processing of orders in modern ERP and CRM systems

Basically, your job is to keep our customers satisfied. You will do so by ensuring efficient and correct processing of all customer orders. A vital part of your road to success will be founded on your ability to build good relations to key stakeholders inside the customers’ organisations so you can match their demands and wishes the best possible way – and identify sales opportunities that you can pass on to your colleagues in Sales.  Your primary tasks will be to:

  • Process customer orders from order entry to final delivery & invoicing and ensure right documentation
  • Check order details and resolve discrepancies if necessary
  • Manage and follow-up of outstanding quotations
  • Check and progress Credit Management issues relating to customer orders
  • Respond to more simple technical questions and give technical advice
  • Conclude sales agreements for small-scale projects, in coordination with the Sales department
  • Handle administrative CRM tasks

You can look forward to an interactive job where you will have a constructive collaboration with a great number of people, internally and externally. You will be part of our Customer Service Hub Group Supply Chain team in Roermond,  (NL), and be located in Milan.

This is who you are: strong administrator and stakeholder manager with combined skills in English, Italian, French or Spanish

Your previous career has provided you with at least 2 years’ experience from a similar role across order handling and customer service.

As such, you bring good experience within CRM and ERP systems.

You are used to work with MS Office, and if you do not know SAP your good overall IT skills enable you to learn it fast.

You are good at English and Italian combined with either French or Spanish , written and spoken.

To succeed, you must be good at planning and handling multiple tasks simultaneously without loosing track or your positive attitude towards customers and colleagues. As part of this, you have the necessary commercial mindset to identify sales opportunities when in dialogue with the customers. As you will join a company developing technical products you must also have some interest in technology.
