The Supply Chain Manager will leads, manage and organize the Purchasing/Supply, Logistics, Production Planning and Warehouse Management within ROCKWOOL Malaysia covering 2 production facilities located in Bukit Raja and Melaka. Included within the scope are raw materials, spare parts stock, foil storage, binder together with the import/export of both materials and products relating to all custom duties’ activities and the daily management and liaison with Customer Services and Sales departments.

Key Result Areas:

  • Provide leadership to the domestic supply chain team for the given base objectives and align with the plant management on objectives and deliver to the stretched objectives.
  • Ensure production support in line with sales priorities by ensuring proactive communication and actions on upstream and downstream activities and being flexible to meet schedule changes
  • Procurement/sourcing
  • Production planning
  • Warehousing and Distribution planning
  • Forecasting (Sales/production capacity/transport requirements)
  • Deliveries and receiving
  • Operating Companies (OPCO) trade (CCT).
  • To control inventory and wastage at all levels 
  • Inter department communication
  • Ensure yearly budget inputs to finance through appropriate cross functional coordination and inputs.


  • Tertiary education in Supply Chain Management or any relevant fields
  • Proven experience in managing smooth logistics and warehouse operational issues in the manufacturing industry
  • Good problem solving and communication skills
