Do you have the ambition to become part of our dynamic reporting team?

The ROCKWOOL Group is on a journey towards emerging a modern and top performing finance organisation around the world, where Group Reporting plays a central part in the reporting process.

Our reporting team currently consists of five people. As a small team, we give the opportunity to take ownership of many different tasks and projects during our busy days and to have close contact to key decision makers in the Group.

Take part in reporting to Management

Reporting to the Group Reporting Director in Denmark, you will be responsible for safeguarding the quality of our consolidated reports and ensuring compliance with IFRS and reporting policies. You will also take part in updating and maintaining our reporting and compliance manual.

Working from Hedehusene in Denmark and travelling few days per year to collaborate with local colleagues, you will:

  • be part of preparing the Group’s Annual Report, the quarterly announcements and other financial reporting sent to Management
  • be responsible for safeguarding the quality of the reports prepared by our shared service centre in Poland i.e. personnel reporting, production reporting and sales reporting
  • work proactively with developing and improving reporting and reporting processes to match the changing environment in the Group
  • mature our newly implemented reporting system and take part in developing new ways to report
  • counsel our finance organisations around the world in regards to systems, reporting, IFRS as well as other guidelines

With your knowledge, you become the key contact person for your colleagues around the world when they have questions.

Ambitious, self-driven and quality oriented

With your highly analytical and structured work style, you are easily able to handle different tasks simultaneously. You thrive with challenges, but you also have a good eye for the important details, as we are the last line of defence before publishing the Group’s reports.

Lastly, you have good collaboration skills as well as:         

  • HA or HD – and 3-5 years of experience from a large audit firm
  • IT knowledge and understanding at a high level, preferably experience with Excel on VBA level
  • Excellent communication skills and you are fluent in English

As part of the reporting team you will obtain a lot of knowledge about the Group and the way we do business.  With this knowledge, we would expect you to contribute to the ongoing development of our reporting systems and processes and with high quality reporting.
