Our purpose is simple and compelling: To release the natural power of stone to enrich modern living.

ROCKWOOL products save energy and water and reduce CO2 emissions, protect buildings from the spread of fire; reduce waste; improve acoustic comfort, building performance and aesthetics; and enhance Precision Growing, thereby improving the efficiency of fresh food production.

While the stone we use may be millions of years old, what we do with it is cutting-edge. Every day, ROCKWOOL colleagues are developing and applying new technologies to release yet more potential of stone wool to enrich modern life.

Would you also be proud to enrich society like we do? Apply now to join us as we improve modern living conditions for millions of people worldwide.

Would you like to be part of building master data governance for a global market-leading company?

Join ROCKWOOL and help us drive change on a global scale. We are about to bring the processes and the quality of all underlying data related to our value chain up to the next level of performance – from e-commerce, sales and marketing to production and supply chain. But we need you to assist us.

This is who we are

In our newly established Master Data Competency Center at our HQ in Hedehusene, you will work alongside our Master Data Specialist, Information Architect and Master Data Governance Lead. Currently, we are strengthening our digitisation initiatives across the business. This requires new ways of structuring and working with our data – a process you will play a key part in.

This is the role

As our Senior Master Data Business Analyst, you will get a highly independent job, strongly supported by the team and key persons in the different business areas. This means that you analyse the current working procedures, the master data quality and the competencies involved within the areas of main deliveries in our MDM road map.

You also investigate IT systems, policies and standards to see if they enable us to maintain high quality in our data and an efficient workflow.
If not, you suggest an improved solution, and you support this with well-explained and documented designs. Subsequently, you drive the implementation process in close collaboration with managers and specialists across our organisation.

This is what you offer

A lot of different roads lead to this job. But we imagine that you might bring some of the following competencies:

  • You hold a master’s degree in computer science, business administration or business and IT, or maybe you have a degree within logistics, mechanical or software engineering
  • Alternatively, you have a similar level of education within sales and marketing where you have worked with e-commerce or PIM
  • Alternatively, you can document extensive years of professional experience within business analysis and the master data domain
  • You might bring experience with change management and an understanding of ERP systems and master data systems like PLM, BIM and PIM

This is what we offer

This is an exciting time to join us. With our goal to mature the business through digitisation and master data governance, you really get to see the fruits of your work. And as this is a highly prioritised business area, we are expecting to expand the effort continuously.

In this position, you will grow into a truly global role and take up an essential senior role indirectly supporting 11,000+ international colleagues. Some travel – primarily within EMEA – can be expected.
Join us and grow an international career and a global perspective on life, meeting different cultures and people from all corners of the world.
