The ROCKWOOL Group’s main business area is building insulation, providing thermal comfort along with fire safety and acoustical comfort for all types of buildings.

This is the Role:

The Digital Marketing Specialist will aid in the execution of a digital communications plan and provide tactical and analytical support to help guide and enhance future communications and use of appropriate platforms. 

The Digital Marketing Specialist will drive the delivery of digital communication elements of wider integrated marketing communications and campaigns. You will be responsible for consistent and timely reporting on key KPIs with analysis in order to help the business extend its reach with various external stakeholder groups including architects, contractors/installers and distribution partners.

  • Create and execute social media content for ROCKWOOL; develop content calendars and collect all necessary approvals
  • Monitor and engage with key customers through appropriate social media outlets; track and analyze findings
  • Nurture engagement, community building and compliance with internal Employee Social Media policy
  • Work with other marketing team members to build and execute digital marketing initiatives

This is what you offer:

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience either agency or client side
  • Passionate and wanting to make an impact within an organisation
  • An understanding of business and display the desire to develop business acumen
  • Digital marketing qualified/Bachelors degree in Marketing or Business
  • Strong knowledge of key digital platforms and channels within the B2B arena
  • Strong knowledge of social media – monitoring, engagement, analysis and reporting
  • Management and development of CMS – Episerver an advantage but not essential
  • SEO, SEM, PPC and re-marketing
  • Able to build a network and operate within a team environment
  • Knowledge of marketing automation systems – Marketo is an advantage, but not essential.
  • Knowledge and understanding of lead generation tools and tactics
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage, but not essential
