ROCKWOOL Global Business Services (RGBS) in Poznań, Poland is a multifunctional competence centre of the ROCKWOOL Group (with the headquarter in Denmark), which provides accounting, controlling, tax, IT, HR and engineering services for group entities.

RGBS portfolio in the financial area covers Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Record-to-Report, Master Data and Banking & Treasury. People Manager (IT)

This is the role

  • To provide professional people management advice and support to the DIGITAL (IT) employees to enhance optimal people performance and development.
  • Close collaboration with Digital HR partner, local HR and functional managers.
  • Managing a team of approx. 25 DIGITAL (IT) employees based in DIGITAL Poznan hub (and/or ROCKWOOL factory in Cigacice). 
  • Provide ongoing coaching, support and advise to the management and employees on people and HR related needs or issues.
  • Participate in recruitment processes and onboarding of new employees.
  • Assist management to create and maintain conducive working environment in which all employee’s talent, potential and skills are maximized to the fullest.
  • Conduct change management strategies / workshops as and when required to ensure effective implementation of change and follow-up to address any after change effects.
  • Identify the top performers and implement appropriate action plans to further enhance their performance and career.
  • Continuous improvement of tool, processes, work instructions and information set for day to day operations.
  • The role holder has the following budget responsibilities (spending / expenditure in some cases need collaboration functional managers).
  • Participate and drive initiatives that build positive image of DIGITAL Poland community externally and internally.

This is what you offer

  • 3 years people management experience.​
  • 5+ years of IT experience in international environment​.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Business or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in managing lifecycle of people management process and methodology.
  • Fluency in English.
  • People management experience in international and matrix environment.
  • People development and talent management frameworks knowledge.
