This is the role
ROCKWOOL is looking for a highly organized Student Assistant with excellent numeracy/analytical skills and good eye for details to support the Portfolio Management Office (PMO) for 15 hours a week. We are a part of Group Technology organisation which designs and commissions production equipment and factories of the ROCKWOOL Group around the world.
We offer you a role where you will be able to gain hands-on experience in international and fast-paced environment where project management, engineering organisation and business strategy overlap.
Main tasks connected to the position are to support PMO activities in the areas of:
● Portfolio analytics: gathering and consolidating project data
● Project monitoring: follow-up on project time and budget
● Administration of projects: establishing and maintaining projects in our systems

As our new PMO Assistant, you will be involved in key activities which support the management in
decision-making and prioritization of our projects. This will provide you a holistic overview of the department and its’ areas of activities.

Your background is a degree in business, data, technology or similar. But most importantly, you are openminded, curious and willing to learn. On a personal level, you are self-driven, have great attention to detail, possess a can-do attitude and you are ready to go the extra mile when needed. If you are also proficient in Excel and communicate well in English, we would very much like to hear from you.
Previous experience in reporting, controlling, and working with data will be considered a plus.
