This is the role

Reporting to Rockfon Spain Sales Director you will be providing day to day support to the sales team, which includes secretary support, sales figure reporting, client communications, presentation and database management.

  • General support to ROCKFON team in administrative and secretary tasks: reservations, check of expenses notes and department’s invoices, IT support, shipments etc.
  • Support to sales team by preparing sales stats and commissions calculations for agents;
  • Support to the Sales Director on direct sales related tasks as monthly stats for clients on budget improvements, draft of bonus letters…;
  • Sales meetings organization
  • Provide information to customers
  • Management of info mailbox and processing/ of the requests received through this channel
  • Management of samples and documentation stock
  • Acts as local super user of the CRM and trains, supports and coordinates Sales team users of the tool assuring that information inserted by the team is regularly updated and maintained)
  • Directly performs sales activities by:

    developing the mailing activity on the leads receives on projects, taking charge of all returns, distributing information to sales team and inserting into CRM system.

    following up clients (manages portfolio and develops)

    maintains relations with- identified group of clients.

This is who you are

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Spanish, English  and  Portuguese language 
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook) platform, other web-based tools are plus
  • Team-player, excellent work organization skills
  • Able to work independently and simultaneously manage multi-tasking.
  • Good communication skills ,  strong attention to detail, dynamism and flexibility
