POSITION: REGIONAL SALES MANAGER, MID SOUTH US
The ROCKWOOL Group’s main business area is building insulation, providing thermal comfort along with fire safety and acoustical comfort for all types of buildings.
This is the Role:
The Regional Sales Manager reports directly to the Director of Sales and will be ideally based out of the Nashville, TN area. In this role you will be responsible for leading a regional team of sales professionals in keeping with ROCKWOOL policies, providing motivation and guidance to ensure that agreed upon targets are met or exceeded.
Key Result Areas
• Meet or exceed agreed upon sales forecasts for volume and revenue
• Assume full responsibility for sales volume, revenue and margin targets in the region
• Develop a comprehensive sales plan aimed at achieving goals and review quarterly
• Cultivate superior relationships with colleagues and customers, ensuring long term success
• Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts to the Director of Sales
• Provide analytics as required to effectively drive growth and for internal reporting needs
• Make full use of all digital tools including ROCKSELL (CRM), tracking 100% of activity on a weekly basis
