Rockpanel is part of the ROCKWOOL Group and is offering advanced stone wool based cladding material providing freedom in the design of facades as well as detailing and applications around the roof.


This is the role
As Customer Service Representative, you build up sustainable relationships of trust with our customers in Denmark and Sweden and provide them of product and service information by phone or email. You handle timely and accurate the order entry, monitor the order fulfillment process, credit management and secure the agreed delivery service. You handle complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives and follow up to ensure resolution. You will also prepare quotations per the sales agreement. In terms of efficiency, optimization and quality, you identify and implement initiatives to improve services and processes. The Customer Service Representative reports to the Sales Excellence Manager & Customer Service Manager.


As Customer Service Representative we’re looking for someone to:

  • Serve our European customers by providing product and service information over the phone or electronically;
  • Build sustainable customer relationships of trust through open and interactive communication, encouraging them into a long-term partnership (e.g. onsite customer visits);
  • Handle timely and accurate order entry, PO for accessories, monitor the order fulfilment process, credit management, securing the agreed delivery service for mainly the Danish and next to that the Swedish market;
  • Identify sales leads from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, inbound emails and calls, and hand over to sales manager;
  • Answer incoming queries and respond to customer needs;
  • Provide customers with product and service information;
  • Identify and implement initiatives to improve services and processes in terms of efficiency, optimization and quality (operational excellence).


This is what you offer

  • Secondary or Higher Vocational Educational degree
  • Fluent in Danish, Swedish and English
  • Proven experience in a Customer Support position
  • Commercial affinity
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Preferably experience from working in an international environment;
  • Diplomatic and sensitive when serving customers with a different mentality and culture;
  • The willingness and ability to work fulltime
  • Good knowledge of various relevant software packages especially MS Office, CRM systems and practices and SAP SD
