POSITION: MARKETING MANAGER, CONSUMER USA

The ROCKWOOL Group’s main business area is building insulation, providing thermal comfort along with fire safety and acoustical comfort for all types of buildings.

This is the Role:

Based out of ROCKWOOL’s newest and most advanced stone wool facility in North America, The Consumer Marketing Manager, USA position manages and owns the commercialization of all Consumer & Contractor-focused ROCKWOOL stone wool Insulation products in the LBM (Lumberyard) and Big Box channels (Home Depot and Lowes). With special focus on creating, building, and supporting the Residential Builder & Contractor Audiences in the USA through their commercialization efforts. This position reports to the Brand & Marketing Manager, NA (situated in Milton, On).  

This is what you offer:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in Marketing and/or Sales
  • Business Degree (Masters Degree an asset)
  • Experience working within the building materials industry a plus
  • Strong Leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational and data-driven analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working and high proficiency with digital marketing tools (Marketo, Google Data Studio, Dynamics CRM, Adobe creative cloud)
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable learning and understanding technical concepts
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience working with business systems: SAP is preferred
  • Experienced and high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
