ROCKWOOL Global Business Services (RGBS) in Poznań is a multifunctional competence centre of the ROCKWOOL Group (with the headquarters in Denmark), which provides financial, accounting, DIGITAL (IT), HR and Group Technology services for Group entities.

RGBS portfolio in the financial area covers Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Record-to-Report, Master Data and Banking & Treasury. Account Receivable Junior Team Leader


This is the role


·        Maintaining and executing work schedules;

·        Performing quality checks;

·        Ensuring effective back-up structure and minimize disruption of people leaving and new people joining AR Team;

·        Performing administrative tasks;

·        Performing appraisals, managing talent development;

·        Ensuring the efficient work split based on Key Areas of Responsibility;

·        Ensuring the increase of efficiency and productivity throughout implementation of best practice/ standard solutions and elimination of non-standard items under AR Manager supervision;

·        Supporting the organization with professional accounting as well as other tasks related to the daily finance job, ensuring that service levels meet the requirements;

·        Improvement of performance and service quality to increase and maintain customer satisfaction.

·        Participating in customer calls;

·        Perform monthly customer performance review;

·        Update of AR Operating Instructions to reflect changes in operations;

·        Leads and coaches a team of AR clerks to deliver a series of daily tasks ensuring operating procedures are adhered and targets exceeded;

·        Focal point for the total team e.g. at escalations during the daily process;

·        Carries out recruitment, assessment and development conversations;

·        Correct and timely processing and reporting;

·        Comply with internal policies, SLA and external legislation;

·        Maintenance of internal controls (own processes);

·        Prepare audit files and facilitate auditions (internal and external);

·        Manage stakeholder relationships;

·        Identifying potential process improvements;

·        Participating in a transition project;

·        Realization of other tasks given by a Supervisor.
