This is who we are

ROCKWOOL Global Business Services Center (RGBS) in Poznań is a multi-functional competence center of the ROCKWOOL Group (with the headquarters in Denmark), which provides financial, accounting, DIGITAL (IT), HR and Group Technology services for Group entities. The company offers opportunity to grow within one process, cross – processes (departments) as well as positions of expert in exact field (system, process or Clients). Our clients are spread around Europe so there are options to practice different language skills.

Our Group Sourcing & Procurement is a diverse international department with skilled procurement and purchasing professionals and process specialists.

We are responsible for managing and executing procurement and purchasing processes worldwide, both from a strategic and operational standpoint, as well as facilitating systems and tools and governing the master data enabling our procurement and purchasing efforts.

This is the role

As a Business Analyst, you have ownership of the processes pertaining to the financial side of procurement, e.g. the budget processes. With this responsibility, you drive the data collection, analytics and reporting on procurement-related topics – such as spending savings and fixed costs.

  • Challenge the numbers coming from both employees and stakeholders and streamline our processes in collaboration with colleagues across ROCKWOOL Group.
  • Ensure the data is presented in a simple and visual manner.
  • Drive and participate in optimization projects together with functions such as Group Finance to: simplify budgeting processes, review how we collect, structure and analyze data from external stakeholders like suppliers.
  • Manage and execute the business intelligence required for our category responsible employees and ensure various administrative updates.
  • Improve the reporting and communication of data to the rest of the organization.

This is what you offer

  • Background in financial controlling or economy combined with knowledge of and/or experience with procurement.
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills and feel comfortable working with SAP and Power BI.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle yourself professionally at all levels in the organization, patience and assertiveness.
  • Ability to perform the job efficiently in a dynamic environment.
