POSITION: PRICING PROCESS & ANALYTICS MANAGER

Rockfon is part of the ROCKWOOL Group and offers advanced acoustic ceilings and wall solutions to create beautiful, comfortable spaces.

This is the role:

The Pricing Process & Analytics Manager reports directly to the VP Finance and will be based out of the Rockfon Head Office located in Chicago, IL. The Pricing Process and Analytics Manager (PPAM) will have analytical, project management and team management responsibilities.  The PPAM will serve a key role responsible for working across departments to secure and analyze data to recommend effective pricing strategies and manage the pricing administration team to effectively implement those strategies.

Key Result Areas

  • Communicate metrics and project objectives, status, barriers and results
  • Manage price administration team, overseeing pricing documentation and distribution of customer specific pricing.
  • Work with cross functional teams to define target pricing and price discounts
  • Create deep dive modeling of pricing activities across all North America markets for all product lines
  • Provide Sales leadership with targeted trend analytics that can be used to increase margin and sales force effectiveness.
  • Drive business simplification initiatives that pertain to pricing, quoting and the order flow processes

This is what you offer:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 6+ years’ experience in either Finance/Sales data analytics
  • Proficiency in Excel. Comfort with ERP systems and data warehouses (SAP experience a plus)
  • Written and spoken English Language to a high professional business level
