This is who we are

In our shared service centre in Poznan you will work together with your colleagues, the Master Data operation team, frequently with our IT development and integration teams, and also with a strong relation to the Master Data Competency Center in our headquarter in Denmark.

This is the role

Currently, we are strengthening our digitization initiatives across the business as well as our supply chain and production setup. This requires the best quality in our Master Data – a target you will play a key part in achieving.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand group data policy incl. data governance, data principles and standards and how they are applied
  • Analyse, understand and document data
  • Prepare and lead workshops with stakeholders and subject matter experts from business and Digital
  • Definition and implementation of data quality controls
  • Perform data quality controls based on input from Governance forums and SMEs
  • Contribute to data dictionary, data process flow documentation, data quality standards and metrics, data quality controls and logging data issues
  • Closely collaborate with Process owners, business analysts and other stakeholders within the field of responsibility


 

This is what you offer

A lot of different roads lead to this job. But we imagine that you might bring some of the following competencies:

  • You have strong experience in data analysis, profiling or BI.
  • You have experiences in one or more tools to support this.
  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration or business and IT, or maybe you have a degree within logistics, mechanical or software engineering
  • Alternatively, you can document extensive years of professional experience within this field.
  • You might bring experience with change management and an understanding of ERP systems and master data systems like PLM, BIM and PIM
