Synchronizing flows from manufacturing to distribution

Our global team aims to support our customers most efficiently, ensuring a great customer experience while harmonizing our internal processes – from the factory floor and warehouse to product distribution. Being a large organization with high volumes, we play an important role in leaving a sustainable footprint. Whether you work in a strategic or operational role, you will be working in a team-oriented and dynamic environment with a strong customer focus. You will take part in transforming our supply chain towards a digital future.

Would you like to take a leading role in the change management programme that will get us through our global optimisation journey – and see the results of your efforts with your very own eyes?

This is who we are
Joining us in Hedehusene, you will become part of a team of 9 enthusiastic and skilled supply chain specialists. Together, we are dedicated to taking our global supply chain operations to the next level and become even more customer-oriented.

With our “new ways of working” programme, we are looking to digitalise existing processes, so e.g. current paper-based and manual warehouse processes will become 100% digitalised with an increased degree of automatization, using scanners, PDAs and other solutions.

With all the planned roll-outs and changes, we need to build a strong change management muscle that will ensure a higher value creation, faster roll-out and enable a steep learning curve. This is where you come into the picture.

This is the role
Together with a dedicated cross-functional team, you will develop, build and deliver a new global and harmonised change management methodology and toolbox, specifically designed to support and cope with challenges of performing changes within ROCKWOOL.

Your very first efforts will revolve around a pilot and consecutive roll-out of a new warehouse management system in more than 30 factory warehouses around the world.

For this and more projects to come, you will typically:

  • Define strategy, approach and roadmap for the change processes
  • Develop necessary systems, tools, training materials etc.
  • Make assessments on stakeholder readiness, user adoption and more
  • Equip leaders, superusers and other key stakeholders to help anchor the change in the organisation
  • Build and maintain relations across ROCKWOOL to facilitate communication and collaboration throughout
  • Travel approx. 20 days per year to e.g. facilitate train-the-trainer sessions – your first project will mostly take you to France

This is what you offer
With your excellent communication skills, you are able to influence and coach others to embrace change and support our projects. You are a skilled facilitator and planner, enabling you to handle many different tasks and stakeholders at all levels.

Furthermore, you have:

  • 2+ years of practical experience with change management, either from consulting or an inhouse position – project management experience is a great plus
  • A track record of successful projects in which you have made substantial change impact, preferably related to supply chain and operations
  • A master’s degree, preferably in engineering or business
  • Fluent communication skills in English

This is what we offer
At ROCKWOOL we believe in giving responsibility to the individual colleague. As a part of our organisation, you too will experience the freedom to make decisions and the opportunity to put your name on the change concepts and strategies that will take our supply chain into the future.

And although you will be a key driver behind change management, you will never be alone in your endeavours. Instead you will have a vast international network of colleagues ready to help you along, including project managers, warehouse managers, superusers, specialists within HR and Operational Excellence as well as the Director of Group Supply Chain.
