POSITION: Recruitment Coordinator

This is the role: Manage full cycle recruitment processes, including but not limited to, posting vacancies, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews and conducting phone screens. You will ensure HR consistently delivers high quality candidates to the business with a positive experience for hiring manager and candidate. Responsible for supporting and strengthening our end-to-end recruitment process; driving a customer service focused recruitment process for hiring managers and candidates. Providing support to Regional Recruitment Expert.

What you offer:

  • HRM or Business related Bachelor level degree
  • 2 + years' internal/external recruiter experience or HR admin experience
  • Support onboarding of new hires
  • Pre screen candidates for suitability and support interviews
  • Understanding of sourcing through social media (Linked-in, twitter, facebook, etc.)
  • Strong multi-tasking and organization skills
  • Good proficiency level of English language
  • MS Office skills and IT savvy in general
  • Willingness & Ability to travel up to 10%
