This is the role:

This position reports directly to the North American Customer Service Manager. This position is ideally based out of Chicago, IL. This position is responsible for relationships between customers and Rockfon and contributing to overall customer satisfaction by being present to efficiently respond to requests. You will process telephone and email orders/inquiries for customers, distributors, architects and sales team. You will work with the logistics team for freight quotes and load building and to expedite, follow up and track customer’s orders. You will also be responsible for developing close relationships with customers while promoting a positive personal and company image.


This is what you offer:

  • College degree (strongly preferred)
  • Computer experience MS Word and Excel

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Perform order entry accurately and efficiently
