ROCKWOOL Global Business Services Center (RGBS) in Poznań is a multi-functional competence center of the ROCKWOOL Group (with the headquarters in Denmark), which provides financial, accounting, DIGITAL (IT), HR and Group Technology services for Group entities. The company offers opportunity to grow within one process, cross – processes (departments) as well as positions of expert in exact field (system, process or Clients). Our clients are spread around Europe so there are options to practice different language skills.

Our Group Sourcing & Procurement is a diverse international department with skilled procurement and purchasing professionals and process specialists.

We are responsible for managing and executing procurement and purchasing processes worldwide, both from a strategic and operational standpoint, as well as facilitating systems and tools and governing the master data enabling our procurement and purchasing efforts.

This is the role

Establish and run the process for vendor master data Life Cycle Management in close collaboration with colleagues across GSP and RGBS.
Establish KPIs for the vendor Master Data Life Cycle Management and support with continuous monitoring and improvement initiatives.
Focal point of contact for GSP into the RGBS AP function, working on improving e.g. the set-up of systematic invoice approval flows for GSP in collaboration with the GSP Business Analyst.
Run and manage the current specification tool used for direct materials and work with DIGITAL team on a project to identify and establish a new specification tool for direct materials.

This is what you offer

+8 years of work experience in a global or local procurement department, (project management experience would be an asset).
Advanced knowledge of SAP MM skills as a minimum - more holistic SAP skills is an advantage.
Advanced PowerPoint and Visio; very good Excel and Power BI skills.
Experience in process optimization and working with LEAN toolbox, process mapping, gap analysis etc.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Result-oriented, self-motivated, creative and business mindset.
Readiness for occasional business travels abroad.
