Temporary contract – 1 year duration

This is the role

Guarantee the proper management of product orders.

Ensure the satisfaction of our external and internal customers.

Manage a portfolio of multi-continent, multi-modal customer orders (air, sea and road orders), within the scope of Rockfon international markets (Export: Middle East Zone , Egypt, India, etc.)

Help / advice in the preparation of price offers by the Export Manager (freight quotation request, estimate of the number of containers, packaging, etc.)

Manage customer account opening requests.

Intervention on the entire customer order process (ensure the proper management of export orders, input in SAP, optimization of container loading (airbags, loading procedures ...),  Coordinate shipments o Ensure the updating of commercial and customs documents, o Ensure compliance with export pricing policy

o Ensure links with factories and suppliers, product deadlines, all stakeholders

o Ensure the supply of products not kept in stock

o Ensure the management of Quality, Price and Logistics litigation

o Follow up on arrears in support of the credit control department

o Ensure the management of documentary credits, documentary discounts or any other international means of payment

o Ensure the establishment of the export document package in accordance with customs regulations (invoices, packing list, certificates of conformity, certificate of origin, ...)

o Coordinate goods or documentary inspections before shipment

o Ensure changes / updates to country regulations (ex country sheet on the Exporter's website)

This is who you are

BAC + 2 international trade or equivalent experience in export customer service

Good knowledge of international trade techniques : incoterms, documentary credits, customs regulations and air, sea or land transport)

SAP

English read written and spoken

Arabic language is a plus

Reliable, analytical person with good team skills and strong customer orientation
