This is the role

The position of Quality Assurance and Documentation Coordinator in Group Technology is vacant for a colleague with great potential and capabilities to keep projects documentation up to date in our engineering section. This is a big opportunity for you to have a visible impact on improving management and quality of documentation among the Group Technology within project management on a global scale.

  • Ensuring the quality of provided documentation within projects,
  • Writing obligatory documentation for equipment, like user’s manual,
  • Ensuring that provided documentation is in accordance with the arrangements (cooperation with engineers, project managers, suppliers and customer),
  • Coordinating translations,  
  • Certification of required equipment (like CE marking process),
  • Project execution in accordance with Gate Model,
  • Risk assessment activities,
  • Safety audits to ensure safe integration of equipment.

This is what you offer

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance of Documentation during project execution,
  • Excellent knowledge of Machinery and/or other Directives, electrical background would be a plus,
  • Experience in CE-marking of equipment,
  • Familiarity in safety aspects on production lines,
  • Excellent communication skills in English,
  • Readiness for business travels from 40-70 days during the year,
  • Knowledge and experience with engineering requirements related to safety and standards for machines and other equipment would be an asset,
  • Ability to use the SharePoint and the Microsoft Project,
  • Being detailed-oriented, creative and open-minded.
