This is the role:

Member of the Management Team, you are responsible for a healthy and ambitious sales development including use of Digital services on your respective area.

You are in charge of designing and leading a national segmented sales organization and  you manage directly a team of managers. You design and implement yearly and 3-year sales strategy to ensure results achievements and sales force engagement.

You are reporting to the Managing Director and your main responsibilities are

·       Design and implement 3-year and yearly sales strategy to ensure business results

·       Lead and coach the sales organization, pilot sales activities and monitor results  

·       Define and implement action plans, set targets for the sales teams and design yearly agenda for the sales division

·       Develop relationships with strategic business partners and take part of decisive negotiations

  • Define yearly budget and sales policy including pricing conditions, ensure sales policy consistency and manage own fixed costs budget

·       Analyze and anticipate market evolutions

·       Proactively share information and contribute to major company process involving the Management team

·       Ensure Compliance within your sales organization

This is what you offer:

·       Master Degree or equivalent

·       Solid business background within construction industry with proven records in sales, ideally within a production company

·       Good knowledge of SAP and CRM, experience in Digital Sales is a +

·       Fluent French and English

·       Strong digital autonomy and orientation

·       Strong leadership skills including people management, coaching and organizational skills

·       Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, ability to engage and energize others

·       Results oriented, fact driven, decision making, team player

·       Positive, proactive and “can do attitude” , focus on solutions

·       Able to have a 360° view on the organization, long-term vision

·       Able to deal with both strategy and tactics, high negotiation skills
