POSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

The ROCKWOOL Group’s main business area is building insulation, providing thermal comfort along with fire safety and acoustical comfort for all types of buildings.

This is the role:

This position reports directly to the Regional Customer Service Manager. The objective of the Customer Service Representative is to provide excellent customer service, order taking, processing, and invoicing, for the customer, and support to the sales team. French language is required for this role.

Working Hours:  Monday to Friday 7.00am to 6.00 pm (three shift rotation) including some Public Holidays

Main Job Tasks:

  • Process customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Update and record all order changes to customer orders. 
  • Run daily and weekly reports to track accurate execution of customer orders.
  • Liaise with Production Planning to coordinate and schedule production of customer orders.
  • Liaise and support Logistics team with the delivery of products from the plant, or warehouses. 
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, courteous, and professional manner
  • Process Internal Concern Reports
  • Process Freight Rate Requests.
  • Maintaining a pleasant, professional telephone manner with the customers and staff

This is what you offer:

  • 3-5 years SAP order entry experience
  • French language skills required
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
  • High School Diploma with post-secondary education preferred
  • 3-5 years Customer Service experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Basic Accounting knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills – oral, written, and listening
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Available to work flexible hours and some Public Holidays
