ROCKWOOL Global Business Services (RGBS) in Poland is a multifunctional competence centre of the ROCKWOOL Group (with the headquarters in Denmark), which provides financial, accounting, DIGITAL (IT), HR and Group Technology services for ROCKWOOL group entities. This is the role 

  • Master data maintenance, execution and analytics (clean-up activities in SAP; SAP admin; Life Cycle Management, vendors and materials; outline agreements, validity and accuracy; info records);

  • Close collaboration between Master Data and Account Payables Department (Account Payables task force; various data analysis);

  • Raw material maintenance in RockSpec (assigning SAP numbers to raw materials requested; maintaining RockSpec log in assigned excel sheet; executing raw material changes; chasing missing specs; creating new specs; ensuring the correct quality of data);

  • KPI data collection for master data (collecting data for and run master data KPI; ensuring timely update of the identified KPIs);

  • Ad-hoc projects and tasks (e.g. new specification functionality).

This is what you offer

  • Minimum 3 years of demonstrated work experience within master data, preferably vendor master data and material master data;

  • Solid SAP ECC and BI knowledge;

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint;

  • SharePoint will be an advantage;

  • Structured approach, quality mindset;

  • Patient, persistent and resilient; 

  • Ability to execute and time management skills;

  • Advanced English skills, both written and verbal.
