This is the role
As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will work as part of a design and digital production team, visualizing design options and solutions. You will be responsible for maintaining consistent UX design standards across all graphical production and channels and also:
Collaborating with graphic designers to ensure designs and business priorities are aligned, while collecting and incorporating key stakeholders’ feedback;
Presenting various stages of interface design development to marketeers and other stakeholders within the ROCKWOOL Group;
Providing guidance on designs to other parts of the organization, and review/validate what has been developed;
Creating intuitive interfaces to provide transformative brand experiences to customers;
Participating in the design process to clarify design specifications with the design team and support the demo of new/updated features that have been developed for implementation on local ROCKWOOL markets;
Ensuring the end-users goals are met while achieving a consistent user experience.
This is what you offer
Minimum 5 years of experience in creating highly detailed wireframes, user flows and process flows for digital experiences;
Proficiency in working with tools such as Sketch, Axure or Adobe XD;
Knowledge of project development and experience with project estimation;
Familiarity with user interface patterns for web and mobile;
Experience in conducting user research from test script to analyzing results and presenting findings with recommendations;
Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented;
Strong attention to details and IT savvy;
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal;
Flexible, open-minded and pragmatic.
