ROCKWOOL Global Business Services Center (RGBS) in Poznań is a multi-functional competence center of the ROCKWOOL Group (with the headquarters in Denmark), which provides financial, accounting, DIGITAL (IT), HR and Group Technology services for Group entities.

This is the role

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will work as part of a design and digital production team in charge of creating designs for all ROCKWOOL’s marketing collaterals. Your primary responsibility will be to provide a contemporary look and feel to the online/offline user interfaces (web & mobile), always in alignment with ROCKWOOL Group’s brand and visual guidelines. You will work closely with the designers and developers, communicating daily with marketing stakeholders from all parts of the ROCKWOOL Group organization.

  • Design corporate visual assets including marketing collaterals, animations, infographics, posters, banners, presentations, email-templates and other requested design elements;

  • Ensure brand compliance through close collaboration with internal stakeholders across the Group;

  • Handle the creative process from brief and idea to final publishable files;

  • Support the full design process and reviews of marketing collaterals;

  • Work on multiple projects at a time with varying deadlines and various stakeholders across different functions/locations;

This is what you offer

  • 1-2 years of experience as a graphic designer – preferably from an agency or a large international organization;

  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe CC Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator);

  • Understands web design aesthetics and file standards; experienced in designing creative collateral with a consistent and cohesive aesthetic,

  • Experience in balancing multiple projects simultaneously for various clients and meeting all deadlines;

  • Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented;

  • Strong attention to details and result-oriented;

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

  • Open-minded, eager to learn new skills and pragmatic.
