You will be responsible for setting the brand vision for the entire ROCKWOOL Group, defining the global positioning strategy and supporting ROCKWOOL Group’s ambitious growth plans. You will be ROCKWOOL Group face towards external agencies and OPCOs Marketing Directors and drive those relationships with a clearly laid out way of working and marketing plan(s) behind it. You will, on occasion, be a visible person on various PR and marketing events to position the ROCKWOOL Group as an innovative and sustainable brand in all the relevant industries. These Are Your Responsibilities
To succeed in this role, you and your team will work closely with the current 22 Marketing Directors and a total of 350 FTE’s in marketing in the international OPCOs. You will report to SVP Marketing, Communication & Public Affairs, Mirella A. Vitale and manage a team of app. 5-7 FTE´s based in HQ in Denmark.
Your overall responsibilities are:
The role is based at the ROCKWOOL HQ in the Copenhagen Area (Hedehusene), Denmark. Travelling to the international markets is to be expected.
