Rockfon is no.1 brand in soft fibres based suspended ceilings, worldwide. Over more than 50 years, Rockfon’s purpose has been to make the world a better place with our wide range of acoustic solutions for schools, offices, leisure and hospitals. We specialise in providing customers with a complete solution that combines ceiling tiles, suspension grids, and most importantly our deep technical know-how on acoustics and local building codes. Our products are made from stonewool which is derived from volcanic rocks; they meet the highest standards of acoustics, fire safety, and sustainability in the market. We are present globally with priority markets being Europe and North America. We are a part of the ROCKWOOL Group which is listed on the Danish Stock exchange.

This is the role
We are looking for a commercial driven person to lead, execute and implement our new strategy around optimizing new segments. Rockfon has developed a new, unique growth program tailored for targeted customers, which you are responsible for and will execute in cooperation with the external consulting company Exsequi.

Job Description and Scope

Rockfon has an ambitious growth strategy in all of Rockfon's product ranges and segments, all though Rockfon has identified unpenetrated segments and untapped opportunities, which need to be unlocked in order to grow application segments. Therefore, the right candidate will be in charge of expanding the customer base within application segments with Denmark as market field.

•Rockfon aims to grow profitable, which is why Rockfon strives to be "best-in-class” in main areas. In order to be relevant and bring value forward, the right candidate will be responsible for conducting and delivering on the growth program with specific training provided in order to succeed.

•Rockfon has clearly defined applications where Rockfon will create maximum value by offering the optimal solution, therefore the candidate needs to create sales via selected partners and introduce the new growth program to the market as a value creation tool.

•Rockfon works in a structured, pragmatic, targeted and focused manner to achieve the efforts needed to succeed in a market with extensive competition, which is why the candidate needs to communicate strongly and precisely with a goal-oriented mindset.

Implement and manage initiatives to grow the new business and maximize the business's profitable growth. Demonstrate a solid commercial judgement and business acumen in efforts and activities and demonstrate personal commitment to overcome challenges in collaboration with the direct manager.
