When joining our experienced Rockfon Business Controlling team you will become part of an exciting international working environment supporting markets in more than 20 countries.

You will have a great opportunity to influence your job and carrier opportunities as well as the success of Rockfon within the areas of responsibility.  Cross functional collaboration across our value chain and other group functions are crucial to the success of Rockfon. You will become a key driver of our digitalization agenda and business optimization process, ensuring alignment between our European and Asian markets and between our various operations and financial systems.

This is the role

As part of our Business Controlling team you will be responsible for our operational business process that have financial impact. We will rely on you being the business minded superuser of our ERP System SAP, SD module and you will be managing or part of cross functional business improvement process.

Amongst others your responsibilities are:

• Support management with optimization of business procedures and financial transactional flow across markets, functions and systems.
• Be the superuser of our ERP system (SAP, SD module), and other systems with material financial transactions example: our CRM and Price Quote system.
• Support business controlling, operations, sales and marketing in matters related to business financial procedures, especially within order management (sales and purchase), export compliance, and shipments.
• Provide guidance and supervision in relation to operational business procedures compliance and internal control ex. ROCKWOOL distribution contract terms and export control in close contact with Group Finance.
• Own and drive Business related improvements and digital projects related to business performance tools within SAP and CRM/CPQ systems behalf of business controlling.
• You will be based in our Hedehusene, near Copenhagen, Denmark. You should expect 30-40 travel days a year to gain insight into our markets and collaborate with local management and operations teams.

Prioritising and planning your work to meet deadlines comes naturally to you. You like to cooperate with other functions and get engaged in how they conduct their business.  You are an ERP (SAP or similar) expert today and understands the transactional flow and the “system”, and you are keen expand your digital toolbox.

Moreover, we imagine that you:

• Hold a business degree in finance, accounting or economics or any other background where you have picked up a basic understanding of business flows and financial transactions.
• Bring minimum a couple of years of experience as a business controller in operations, customer service or supply chain manager, junior business process consultant, project manager or any other background where you have gained a broad business transactional understanding combined with ERP/SAP knowledge – ideally from an international company.
• Effortlessly collaborate and interact with colleagues in English across all organisational levels.
• Have worked intensively with preferably SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Are eager to make a difference and further learn other digital tools as we implement our digital operations roadmap.
